Location: Bristol (with hybrid working)
Salary: £50k, depending on experience (+ possible bonus)
Full-time, permanent
This role is all about bringing the best new properties on board, building personal relationships with each of our owners, and keeping our quality bar sky-high.
You’ll be working within the editorial team and chatting with potential and current owners daily — telling them all about Kip, guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, giving feedback and advice, and making sure our partnership runs smoothly. You’ll also be helping shape how we do things as we grow. If you’re the kind of person who spots the small details, loves a bit of spreadsheet action, and genuinely enjoys building great relationships, this could be your opportunity to join a really fantastic brand.
A bit more about the role:
- Onboarding new hideaways: You’ll manage the whole journey, from first hello to going live on the site.
- Contracts & comms: Keeping everything on track and everyone in the loop.
- Relationship building: Owners are a huge part of the Kip family — you’ll help nurture those connections and make sure they feel like valued partners.
- Quality control: Making sure new places fit our values and standards. (There may be the odd dreamy visit too.)
- Tidy data = happy team: You’ll keep things all-things property and owners organised behind the scenes, from contracts to contact details.
- Improving as we go: We love feedback and fresh ideas. You’ll help us make our processes better and grow in a Kip way.
You’ll need to bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role — ideally in travel, hospitality or lettings
- A great grasp of the UK holiday rental world (bonus points for boutique experience)
- A warm, confident communication style — written and verbal
- A knack for contracts and commercial details
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and lots of energy (we’re a small team)
- A natural eye for great design and detail
- Experience with booking systems, CRM tools or similar platforms is a plus
The perks
- Competitive salary + bonus scheme
- Flexible working
- 25 days’ holiday + bank hols
- Discounts on Kip stays
- Learning and growth opportunities
