Who we are
Kip Hideaways is where design, nature and soul collide. We curate the UK’s most characterful places to stay – from wild coast cabins to architectural cottages – all chosen for one thing: that unmistakable Kip feeling.
We believe travel should lift you, not drain the planet. It should celebrate creativity, support brilliant independents and reconnect people with landscapes that make us breathe a little deeper.
We’re growing fast: more hideaways, more storytelling, more ways for people to escape in the best possible way. With a small, passionate team and a fiercely loyal community, Kip is building something special – and we’d love you to be part of it.
The role: Bookings & Sales Consultant
This role is at the heart of the Kip guest experience. You’ll be the warm, thoughtful, design-loving human helping people discover their perfect UK escape – the kind they’ll rave about for years.
It’s not just about admin. You’ll be shaping how our guests feel about Kip through every conversation, every email, every carefully crafted recommendation. You’ll help keep our bookings running smoothly, support our amazing owners and ensure our stays deliver at every touchpoint.
It’s a golden opportunity for someone early in their career who’s ready for more ownership, more autonomy and more creative input, with space to grow alongside a values-led brand.
