This new role is all about making Kip sing across social. You’ll take the lead on strategy and budget, turning creative briefs into brilliant campaigns and a consistent channel plan that truly connects with our audience. You’ll manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence day-to-day, with an expert eye on performance and an instinct for what resonates.

A bit more about the role:
Lead the way: You’ll take ownership of our social media strategy, setting goals aligned to business objectives and evolving the way we show up online.
Plan + post: You’ll translate brand and campaign briefs into engaging content calendars, with creative formats and storytelling that drive reach, saves, shares and clicks.
Tiktok & Insta expert: You’ll create, post and analyse content for both channels, staying close to trends and optimising as you go.
Creative collaboration: You’ll work closely with our content and design teams, briefing visuals and helping bring beautiful new ideas to life.
Community comes first: You’ll keep our tone warm and personal across DMs, comments and partnerships – helping our audience feel part of the Kip world.
Data-driven: You’ll own reporting and insight, feeding learnings back into content plans and keeping an eye on the wider social landscape.
Budget smart: You’ll manage the paid social budget and help shape any influencer or creator collaborations, making sure spend delivers results.
You’ll need to bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in travel, lifestyle or design
- Proven track record of growing TikTok and Instagram channels, including Reels
- A strategic mindset with a creative heart – you love data as much as you love aesthetics
- Confidence briefing creatives and collaborating with a small team
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen sense of brand tone
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to own your channels
- Bonus points for experience with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools
